This immersive training introduces mindfulness-based practices that can be ethically integrated into clinical work. Through experiential learning, discussion, and hands-on practice, participants will develop confidence using mindfulness-based approaches within individual, group, educational, and community settings — supporting emotional regulation, self-awareness, stress reduction, resilience, and deeper therapeutic engagement.
